You get staff points that you can use to purchase different growth talents for each of the coaches. For example, under head coach, you have items like "secret remedy," which you can purchase to speed up multi-week injury recovery time for players. It's an intriguing feature .One area that I would've liked to have seen some changes in the franchise mode is scouting. Much like it was last year, you can either have auto-generated rookies or download someone's draft cla s from the Madden Community. "Madden 22" will have a huge scouting update when the game comes out with their first big update in September, though.
